RX Watt platform
Products and Technology

One wireless power platform, three core building blocks.

RX Watt brings together the gateway, the harvester, and integrated sensing tags for battery-free deployments.

A Full-Stack Solution

From component to network-level solutions.

Gateway hardware

1. Gateway

The fixed RF infrastructure creating coverage zones for battery-free and rechargeable devices.

  • Coverage-driven design.
  • Indoor or outdoor deployment options.
  • Supports the wider data and power architecture.
Wireless power harvester

2. Wireless Power Harvester

A sensitive RF receiver based on our proven antenna design track record.

  • Built around efficient energy harvesting.
  • Supports compact, maintenance-free operation.
  • Fits multiple node and enclosure styles.
  • Bespoke design capability for specialist requirements.
Integrated sensing tags

3. Integrated Sensing Tags

Application-facing sensing endpoints designed for asset tagging, monitoring, and low-touch deployment.

  • Near-realtime reporting of temperature, humidity, motion, and more.
  • Suitable for compact or discreet placements.
  • Designed to feed data into existing workflows.
Technology Overview

Transmit power, harvest it locally, and collect meaningful sensor data.

1

License-Free Power Delivery Hub

Modular gateways which energize the tags in the 868/915 MHz band, collect Bluetooth sensor data, and provide multi-protocol/API cloud integration capability.

2

RF Power Harvesting

Sensitive and scalable power receivers, with an operation range up to 10-30 metres, depending on tag size and environment.

3

Integrated sensing

Propreitary patent-pending sensing network architecture which enables new use-cases from user activity monitoring to fault-detection.

RX Watt is playing an active role in standardizing RF wireless power delivery, working closely with the British Standards Institute (BSI) and the IEEE Standards committee.

IT Compatibility

Compatible with existing IT infrastructure.

RX Watt is designed to fit existing digital environments rather than create a separate support stack. Data can be handed into familiar gateway, supervisory, and monitoring workflows.

  • Works with established data collection environments.
  • Supports current IT and OT workflows.
  • Helps battery-free sensing land inside systems teams already support.
